It seems to me that someone is messing with your votes and deleting some of them. And since the two votes that got erased were *against* Her Highness's wishes, it makes me wonder. What we can do is let this message board die off, and just use the forum. There is SO much more we can do with the forum. All council and sub council can be mods of the sections of choice on the forum, we all get personal bios, have a personal avatar, signature that is ALWAYS at the bottom, and thread separation where certain topics can be carried on in their own sections. We can even have a Role Playing thread. As well as a newbie section, games section, rule and FAQs section, PM message options so much more. I will set the thing up tomorrow and let everyone know to join it. I will post the personal link to it on the home pg, so people know where to go. There is also a function to option when signing up to always remain logged in when going the forum. I believe this is a WONDERFUL idea and will solve so much of the problems. Lastly, when I do set this up, I will stop posting on this board. Just to let everyone know that I am there and I haven't deserted the guild. Snapps, I believe you should e-mail me. We REALLY need to talk about this. Okay, onto the pic. I hate to say it, but, that red on the title name on the main pic is WAY too blurry. It's eye straining and I believe the color needs to be changed so it's a little easier on the eyes. Yes, we need contests, but, organizing that is like pulling freakin' teeth. We're running a fanart contest on my other guild. There's an idea, but, don't hold your breath. Yes, we *DO* need more members. More, active, respectful, decent members. My other guild has 168 because there's so MUCH more goodness in the air around that guild, there's a new member joining practically every day. I have tried in getting this guild onto that type of status, and failed miserably. It's all due to some uncooperative people here and willingness to show good attitudes. If more people would get off the proverbial high horses and make a change, I believe things would turn for the better. I will not name which names of people with terrible insolence or distasteful attitudes, but, I am sure you can figure it out. Shiekie is NOT one. I have been talking with her on AIM, and I believe we've worked things out. I actually have an idea that might just be the solution to the problem. I believe if I set up a message forum for this guild, we can regulate the members better. What the forum is, is a bigger, better, larger message board. Here on the forum, you'll have to literally sign up with the forum, not an adjacent site. So basically this crap Jules does with posting then leaving WON'T work on the forum. Once you sign up, you STAY until the forum is either deleted or, you do something to get thrown off. I expect help from those who's responsibility falls under their position, and if so cannot be done, I will either find those who can, or, resume more time at my other guild where I don't have to deal with nagging problems and crap, such as this. The guild, the net, neopets has become more like a job, and NOT something I enjoy anymore. All it's done is, given me more grief and stress, then relaxing and taking my mind off reality for a short time. THAT is my problem, and if you cannot see that, then I don't know how much more plainer I can put it. You're failing to see the flip side to the coin, and that's promoting a problem. Until you do, there will always be this trouble going unsolved. I suggest taking a look into what's going wrong and help, (Keyword, *Help*) me do what it takes to fix and end all this crap. I cannot stress the importance of realizing what is going wrong and what needs to be done to fix it. Listen up, and take into consideration what I am saying. And, lets do things WITHOUT being rude. I am calm, you can be calm, lets act as civilized as we can, Mkay? Good. Let me explain again. Some of the problems here is complete and utter ridiculousness. I have had it, dealing with such frivolous situations, has about made me sick. It's a lot easier not to see the point or have a firm understanding of what may be happening to someone when you haven't been through the same as the victimized person in question. You fail to understand where I come from and how I feel due to lack of ability and knowledge to determine such. You believe I am overacting, wherein, I have legitimate reason to be worried, sick, angered and upset. Nothing is the same. All has been lost since Jules bled into the guild. Nothing had been done except, corruption, and Jules is more then just a splinter in a finger. She's become a thorn in my side, and I mean that in a literal sense. She has done NOTHING except, cause chaos, grief and enmity among some people here, and her idolization is beyond excusable. You CANNOT dismiss that. It's a *real* problem that needs to be addressed. And if you cannot see that, Snapps, then I regret to say, this guild is destined to attract more and more problems. Something as serious as this needs to not go unnoticed, and your unwillingness to help is what drives me away. Can't you see that? I will NOT work on saving this guild all alone, and this is YOUR guild as well and it's also YOUR responsibility to help me maintain it and keep the riffraff, out! Things went wrong not just because you weere away, but, because a lot of the people on the guild have lost respect for each other. Snapps, you NEED to realize that. It's undeniable. Problem is, I had to explain the situation to you the best I could, wherein, you really should've read the posts that were said in your absence, yourself. You'd have gotten a better idea of what I am saying if you had done so. Then, calling someone a looser because they point out validated facts, is going totally against ALL that I've been trying to stop. Calling another guild member a 'looser' is classified as an insult, which I would like stopped. We don't need to insult each other, and *that's* why the guild is in the condition it's in. Not trying to be rude, just making a point. Sorry if I sounded that way. Haven't you noticed how much time I have recently spent here? Not much. I have been spending more time at my other guild, since I don't go through the crap that I do here. The leader just set up a seperat message board for the guild, and I am a mod there. I have more responsibilities there to handle, and until things change for the better here, I won't be around as much as I used to. I have NEVER asked for much, and simply asking for people to *stop* slinging insults and having a little more respect for everyone, isn't asking of the moon and stars. It's until I see that kind of change will I not be around much.
