Replied to everything here, and I manage to be far
less insulting than you seem to be. ;) For someone who claims not to be worked
up over this, you certainly appear otherwise.
I am not *even* going to in-depthly reply to you're little idioc BS message
you provided in this lousy e-mail. I told you, I didn't write that friggin'
post on your guest book. If I did, I would *admit it*. Being that you cannot
comprehend that, I won't bother trying to explain it to you. You're only
going to add some smart ass comment and try to act as if I don't know what
I'm talking about. As I said in my last e-mail. I don't want YOU e-mailing
me. I don't want to talk to you. And I don't want any of your little clique
either. You lie terribly when you said it "isn't that hard to figure out".
If that was the case, then I'd be able to figure out anyone's e-mail on the
net. It's complete BS. I know someone I gave it to opened their big friggin'
mouth, and I am pretty sure I know who. So, stop trying to hide it. I can
see the lie all to clearly.
You're not going to give an indepth reply because that
would mean admitting that some of the stuff I said was right. And god
forbid you should ever admit to being wrong. But fine, if you want
to be lazy and not reply to my e-mail, fine.
And as for not writing the message in my guestbook--if
you didn't do it, fine. I already explained that I had no reason to
not assume it was from you. Like I said, it had your name on it.
But if you didn't write it, fine. I'll apologize for making an assumption.

And no, I won't just let you e-mail me with a bunch of stuff and then not
defend myself. That's not fair now, is it? I don't tell you not
to defend yourself.
Finally, no, it is not hard to find out your e-mail. And no one "opened
their big friggin' mouth". I've been on PR board for quite some time.

Although I am a little curious as to who you think blabbed this "big secret"...
Finally. I now know you *stole* my friggin' stories. And stop this lying
BS that taking the damn things without permission, but stating that they
don't belong to you isn't stealing. You need to read the copyright laws again,
hun. It's the EXACT same as taking someone else's picture without consent.
You infringed my fics.
Oh ho, see, this is where you're more than a bit confused.
If you want to get technical, you're infringing on copyrights by just writing
and posting those fics to begin with. The characters are the property
of Nintendo and I'm pretty sure you didn't ask them permission to use their
characters...
And maybe you should actually read up on copyright laws. Especially
the parts pertaining to parody. If you want to argue about copyright,
then do your homework. I'll do mine, and we can have a proper debate
about it.
It's also against Lyco's TOS. I saw recently that 3 people on GAFF warned
you about that and you apparently didn't listen. Well, face the facts. You
did steal them, I saw that over the weekend and I want them removed. Remember.
My fics, just like an artist's pics, are protected legally by law, and I
don't appreciate them being on your damn site. I've already complained to
Lycos and they said all I have to do is prove they're mine (Which won't be
hard) and they said they'll then give you the chance to remove them, or they'll
remove your site. I'm giving you the chance to remove them now. If not, I
will have Lycos remove them for you. The choice is yours.
Then I'll deal with Lycos if it comes to that.
I've already had at least one offer from someone to host my Shrine on their
own domain. I have everything backed up on my personal computer.
If you're going to whine to Lycos about it, fine. All I have to do
is move the Shrine.
LQ, you're the only one complaining about all this. And you just keep
providing more material for my Shrine by acting so silly about all this.
I don't hate you, I don't know you personally. The only thing I have
a problem with is the way you present yourself on the internet. Maybe
if you changed that, people would leave you alone...
